The Challenge
Independent dealerships were losing hours per vehicle to manual VIN transcription and separate listing management across Facebook Marketplace, CarGurus, and their own site — every new vehicle meant re-entering the same data multiple times, with pricing drifting out of sync between platforms.
The Solution
DMS Command centralizes inventory in a single dealer management hub. Entering a VIN triggers an automatic lookup against the NHTSA database to decode full vehicle specifications, removing manual transcription entirely. From there, listings sync automatically across every connected marketplace, and n8n + Ollama workflows draft platform-specific ad copy and enrich incoming leads before a salesperson ever picks up the phone.
The Results
Vehicles move from intake to live listing without a dealership employee re-typing specs across platforms, and pricing stays consistent everywhere the vehicle is listed.
